We looked at compositional strategies artists used to help draw the viewer to a focal point in a 2D artwork.

Once you have an idea (inspiration) about what you want to do, AND you have turned in your answers to the questions on the previous page, now is the time to develop that idea further.

The Rubric
The Redo is worth a MAJOR GRADE. Total points that can be earned is 100
The point breakdown is as follows:
Initial Questionnaire: 15 points Artistic Growth: Does this artwork show your growth over the course of this school year? 15 points Engagement: Quality of time used–did you rush? Did you make quality decisions? Did you go through the artistic process? 45 points Challenge was met: Did you make it more good, different, rearranged it? But, you can still see the connection between the 2 artworks. 10 points Final written reflection: 15 points
